Our TACBECON lubricants give assurance and convenience to steel operations.
Our Sales and Technical teams took a trip to one of Malaysia’s largest steel mills. They followed up with a grease trial for the in-charging roller and rolling mill spindles.
The recommended lubricant for the rolling mill spindles is TACBECON SCG100S. It reduced downtime substantially and hence, less maintenance cost.
TACBECON SGH500S1 is used for the in-charging process where preheating in the furnace occurs. Prior to this lubricant choice, there used to be frequent carbonisation that led to material and sludge clogging. Operations were affected.
The stability of TACBECON SGH500S1 assured the steel mill of less carbonisation. In addition, it extended the relubrication interval periods.
