Tecsia Lubricants Recommended Tacbecon TSF 6170 Proves Its Excellence At Malaysian Ice Cream Cone Manufacturer

After more than 1 month’s worth of follow-ups and discussion, Malaysian Ice Cream Cone Manufacturer is pleased with Tecsia Lubricants recommended high temperature food grade grease results. The trial that involved recommended high temperature food grade grease Tacbecon TSF 6170 (Halal and NSF-1 certified) and this recommended lubrication solution by Tecsia Lubricants worked excellently as compared to the manufacturer’s present lubricant used.
During the trial, both food grade greases were applied on bearings for over a month and were exposed to temperatures of up to 190oC, 10 to 12 hours/day over 6 days/week. Upon Tecsia Lubricants inspectiong and trial review, it was found that Tacbecon TSF 6170 had greater lubricity and provided higher protection as compared to the manufacturer’s present grease used. As such, it is deduced that Tacbecon TSF 6170 is not only suitable for the application but also better than the manufacturer’s production present lubricant.
