Tecsia Lubricants interview is featured in APFI's March 2013 issue.
Tecsia Lubricants Technical Manager, Mark Phang, on the 22nd February 2013, was interviewed by Asia Pacific Food Industry (APFI) to tap on his technical expertise for a food grade lubricant article to be published in their upcoming March issue. The article published on March discusses about the importance of food processors and plant operators using the right food grade lubricant to prevent risks of having costly recalls and tarnished reputations.

Mark Phang, technical manager at Tecsia Lubricants, also added that “such lubricants can also be used as food additives. These products are used on grills, loaf pans, cutters, boning benches, chopping boards or other hard surfaces in contact with meat and poultry food products to prevent food from adhering during processing.”
