Installation of Greasemax® units meant for a 6-month period.
A petrochemical company had sought advice from Tecsia Lubricants regarding the usage of automatic lubricators. The lubricators are for the equipment, polycarbonate filter machine, where recycling of the plastics occurs.
The client was facing major under-lubrication issues when the grease, in the previous lubricator, hardened. This situation made the feeding of grease problematic and as a result, the lubricator was deemed faulty. The bearings also encountered stress.
Tecsia Lubricants recommended the change to Greasemax® for its sturdy design and reliable track record. The installation of Greasemax® units was demonstrated on site by a Technical Engineer as well.
Feedback was gathered and the client complimented the benefits of Greasemax®, as they are very satisfied with the product and services provided by the Sales and Technical teams.
