A Technical Engineer went to show how to install the lubricators.
Tecsia Lubricants is seeing a steady growth in enquiries for the single-point lubricator. The latest installation is at a cement finish mill.
GREASEMAX® units are installed at motor bearings of the bucket elevator section where cement is being deposited into concrete mixer trucks. The application is located at the very top of a silo, hence, making lubrication very difficult and dangerous to access.
The previous method of manual greasing occurred every 3 months. With the current GREASEMAX® units, Tecsia Lubricants aims for a 4-month relubrication interval, maintaining application temperature around 30°C.
Tecsia Lubricants will be keeping a keen eye on this project in order to upkeep its service quality to the client, ensuring product satisfaction.
