Tecsia Lubricants is pleased to share its trial success of the automatic lubricator, Greasemax®. A wastewater management facility consulted the Certified Lubrication Specialists (CLS) team on the application, screw conveyor.
The client previously used a battery-operated lubricator but the mechanism was not stable enough to withstand the screw conveyor’s constant vibration. In addition, the application is exposed to a lot of dust.
With Greasemax® as the new solution, after a three-month trial period, it has proven to be the right choice for the client.
Because of the lubricator’s steel structure and chemical-operated mechanism, Greasemax® showed its self-reliability and stability amidst the given working environment. Both the Sales and CLS teams are consistent with their follow-up to ensure client’s satisfaction.
